A tubeless tyre should always be fitted on a tubeless rim

  Wheel Hump in Tubeless Tyre

  With tubeless rims, the hump of the wheel locks the bead, preventing it from dislocating even when air pressure is low.

  No wheel hump in Tube-Type Tyre

  Inflated tubes ensure proper bead seating, that is why TT rims generally lack a hump design.

Never mount a tubeless tyre on a tube-type (TT) rim.
